Rules for Limousine and Commercial Transport Use
1. Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed via email or SMS.
- Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or in cash before the start of the journey.
- The total amount must be paid before the journey begins.
- In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the journey, the prepayment will not be refunded.
- If no prepayment has been made but the client cancels the order less than 48 hours before the journey, 100% of the order amount must be paid.
- Booking wedding packages is only possible with 100% prepayment.
- Parking fees are to be paid by the client (for example, parking at Tallinn Airport).
2. Client Responsibility
- The client is responsible for all damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment.
- Example price for damaged items: glass – €20 / pc.
- In the event of heavy soiling of the interior, a fine of €200 will be applied (chemical cleaning).
- The client has the right to check the cleanliness of the interior before the journey.
3. Route and Time
- The route and duration of the order are agreed upon before the journey.
- Overtime with a limousine: €120 for every subsequent 15 minutes within a new hour (calculated as a full hour).
- Overtime with commercial transport: for every subsequent 15 minutes within a new hour according to the price list (calculated as a full hour).
- The driver has the right to terminate the journey prematurely if passengers behave aggressively or are heavily intoxicated.
4. Conduct in the Interior
The following are prohibited:
- Smoking, use of open flames, and drugs.
- Spraying strong odors (e.g., hairspray, perfume, etc.).
- Leaving children under 12 years of age unsupervised.
- Leaning body parts out of the window.
- Throwing litter out of the window.
- Compelling the driver to violate traffic regulations.
Additionally:
- Taking glasses (drinking glasses) out of the car is only permitted with the driver’s consent.
- Limousine speed in the city ≤ 40 km/h.
- Limousine speed on the highway ≤ 65 km/h.
5. Security and Items
- The company is not responsible for items left in the car.
- The driver may deliver forgotten items to the office at Rohuneeme tee 1/4, Viimsi (additional fee may apply).
- In the event of an accident or technical failure, the amount paid for unused time will be refunded to the client.
6. Client Consent
- The client agrees that photos and videos may be published on social media.
- If no separate agreement has been made in advance, the client cannot submit claims to the company regarding this.
7. Additional Rules for Transfers
- The passenger must have an identification document.
- Weight and dimension restrictions apply to luggage.
- The transport of items and substances prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Estonia is not permitted.
- Please clarify regarding prohibited items and substances before booking.
8. Forgotten Items
If you have left items in the car, the driver may deliver them to our office at Rohuneeme tee 1/4, Viimsi.
You can collect your items on working days, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
If you wish for the driver to deliver the items to your address at an agreed time, an additional fee of €50 may apply.
