Does Transfer24 hold a passenger transport licence?
Yes. Transfer24 operates under Tegevusluba nr YTL001284, issued by the Estonian Transport Administration through ERAA (Eesti Rahvusvaheliste Autovedajate Assotsiatsioon). This means full compliance with Estonian and European law, mandatory passenger insurance and professionally qualified drivers. Some competitors operate without such a licence — we recommend verifying this when choosing a carrier.
How much do Transfer24 services cost and how is the price set?
Starting rates: Skoda Superb from €60, Mercedes-Benz V-Class from €75/h, S-Class Long from €100/h, Chrysler 300C limousine from €120/h, Mercedes VIP Klassen from €200/h. The price is always fixed before the trip begins and never changes en route — no meters, no traffic surcharges, no hidden fees. For routes across Estonia and abroad we prepare an individual fixed-price quote.
What payment methods does Transfer24 accept?
Bank transfer, card (Visa, Mastercard), cash and mobile payment apps. Corporate clients and embassies receive invoices for non-cash settlement. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking — the remaining balance is paid on the day of the trip.
Does Transfer24 operate 24/7, including on public holidays?
Yes, 24/7/365 — including Christmas, New Year, Midsummer, Estonian public holidays and night hours. An early 4 AM departure for the first flight or a late 2 AM transfer after a concert — we arrange everything precisely to your schedule. Urgent bookings: message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and we respond within minutes.
How quickly will I receive booking confirmation?
Confirmation arrives within 24 hours of your request — by email or in whichever messenger you used (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber). Every detail is included: date, time, route, vehicle, driver name and contact. Urgent bookings are confirmed within 60 minutes when vehicles are available.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking? Are there any penalties?
A booking can be cancelled without penalty if you notify us at least 72 hours before the trip by email at info@transfer24.ee. Cancellations under 72 hours are charged at 100% of the order value. Rescheduling is possible when vehicles are available — please contact us as early as possible. Full terms are in the user agreement on the website.
Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi, charging ports and water?
Yes. All business- and VIP-class vehicles (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, V-Class, Sprinter and VIP Klassen) are equipped with free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, drinking water and climate control. The Mercedes VIP Klassen features a fully fitted VIP cabin with individual lighting, leather seats and screens. The Skoda Superb is a comfortable business sedan for 1–4 passengers with a spacious boot.
What languages do Transfer24 drivers speak?
Drivers speak Estonian, Russian and English fluently. This matters when serving foreign business partners, international delegations, tourists and corporate guests. If you have a language preference, please mention it at booking — we will do our best to match you with the right driver.
How does Transfer24 work with corporate clients and companies?
Corporate clients benefit from contract-based service: we issue invoices, maintain a consolidated trip log for accounting and provide reporting. Which vehicle should I choose — Skoda Superb, Mercedes V-Class or S-Class?
The choice depends on the number of passengers and the purpose of the trip. Skoda Superb (from €60) — the best option for 1–4 passengers with compact luggage. Mercedes-Benz V-Class Extra Long (from €75/h) — the best choice for families, groups of 4–6 and trips with large luggage. Mercedes-Benz S-Class Long (from €100/h) — for business negotiations, VIP guests and occasions where making an impression matters. Not sure — write to us.
Does Transfer24 have child car seats? Is the service suitable for families?
Yes. Child seats for all age groups (0–12 years) are provided free of charge upon request. State the age and number of children when booking. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class Extra Long is ideal for families: a spacious cabin, a third row of seats and a large boot. We also transport pets — in a carrier or secured on a lead.
How do I find the Transfer24 driver at the airport, port or station?
The driver waits in the arrivals area of Tallinn Airport (TLL) with a name sign — professional meet and greet. VIP clients — greeted via Tallinna Airport VIP Service. At the port: Tallink and Viking Line terminals (Old City Harbour / Vanasadam) — driver at the terminal exit. At the railway or bus station — at the exit to the arrivals area. 30 minutes before your arrival the driver sends an SMS confirming their location.

All trip details and confirmation are sent to you — convenient for secretaries, assistants and event managers. Minimum booking is 1 hour; for wedding cars and VIP Klassen — from 3 hours.
