    How can I book a transfer?

    How far in advance should I place an order?
    We recommend booking in advance – the earlier, the better, to ensure your date is available. However, we also accept urgent orders if cars are available.
    Is it possible to change the date or time of the transfer?
    Yes, changing the date and time is possible if it fits the Transfer24 schedule. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we will adjust the booking.
    How can I cancel an order?
    Cancellation is possible without a penalty if you notify us via email at info@transfer24.ee at least 72 hours before the trip. If the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the trip, a 100% fee will apply to your order.
    What should I do if my flight is delayed?
    If you provided the flight number in your order, the driver can monitor the flight's arrival. Most drivers are understanding of delays; therefore, waiting for up to 1 hour is free of charge. If the flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, a fee will be added according to the tariff for each subsequent hour.
    Where will the driver meet me?
    At the airport, seaport, and railway station, the driver will meet you with a name sign or come to the client's car according to the previously provided vehicle registration number. In other locations, the driver will meet you at the address specified by the client.
    Do you have child safety seats?
    Please let us know the age and number of children in advance, and we will prepare a suitable safety seat.
    Do you transport large luggage or sports equipment?
    Yes, we can arrange the transport of oversized items or sports equipment. It is also possible to order a trailer, which is very spacious.
    Is the transport of pets allowed during the transfer?
    Yes, the transport of pets is allowed. The animal must be in a transport crate or secured to ensure safety during the transfer.
    What payment methods are available?
    Payment can be made by bank transfer, in cash, by card, or via a mobile app.
